BUNN-O-MATIC Corp. warrants the equipment manufactured by it to be commercially free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture and appearing within one year from the date of installation. In addition:
Bunn-O-Matic Corp. (“BUNN”) warrants equipment manufactured by it as follows:
1) All equipment other than as specified below: 2 years parts and 1 year labor.
2) Electronic circuit and/or control boards: parts and labor for 3 years.
3) Compressors on refrigeration equipment: 5 years parts and 1 year labor.
4) Grinding burrs on coffee grinding equipment to grind coffee to meet original factory screen sieve
analysis: parts and labor for 3 years or 30,000 pounds of coffee, whichever comes first.
This warranty does not apply to any equipment, component or part that was not manufactured by BUNN or that, in BUNN’s judgment, has been affected by misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation or operation, improper maintenance or repair, damage or casualty.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF EITHER MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The agents, dealers or employees of BUNN are not authorized to make modifications to this warranty or to make additional warranties that are binding on BUNN. Accordingly, statements by such individuals, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon.
The Buyers shall give BUNN prompt notice of any claim to be made under this warranty . If requested by BUNN, the Buyers shall ship the defective equipment prepaid to an authorized BUNN service location. If BUNN determines, in its sole discretion, that the equipment does not conform to the warranty, BUNN shall repair the equipment with no charge for parts during the warranty period and no charge for labor by a BUNN Authorized Service Representative during the warranty period. If BUNN Determines that repair is not feasible, BUNN shall, at its sole option, replace the equipment or refund the purchase price for the equipment.
THE BUYER’S REMEDY AGAINST BUNN FOR THE BREACH OF ANY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OF THIS EQUIPMENT, WHETHER DERIVED FROM WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED, AS SPECIFIED HEREIN, TO REPAIR OR, AT BUNN’S SOLE PTION, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
In no event shall BUNN be liable for any other damage or loss, including, but not limited to, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer’s costumers, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities, or services, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY:

All returns must be authorized in advance.In order for the merchandise to be returned, it must be in the original carton.Customer is responsible for shipping charges both shipping to you, and coming back to the warehouse on returns unless the item is broken or has a defect.
No returns will be accepted without expressed written authorization or without a return authorization (RA) number.
Returned goods must be shipped to Bunn or specified address by way of prepaid freight and will be credited less 20% restocking charge and in some cases a handling charge . No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original ship date.

We charge 7% tax for deliveries only within NJ.

We usually will fill your order the same day you order. If there is a wait of more than 5 days, we will notify you by EMAIL.
We may charge extra for Hawaii and Alaska.
If you qualify for FREE Ground Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
If you return any items from an order that received FREE Super Saver Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Super Saver Shipping at any time.
If orders we’re places on Saturday or Sunday they will only be processed the following Monday.
If the shipping address is APO AP, PSC etc, Yahoo! Does not calculate shipping charges [only handling fee], and the shipping charges will be added later.

Ideal holding temperature:

serving container reaches equilibrium. A closed
container can slow the process of evaporation.
Ideal serving temperature:
155ºF to 175ºF (70ºC to 80ºC)
Many of the volatile aromatics in coffee have boiling
points above 150ºF (65ºC). They simply are not perceived
when coffee is served at lower temperatures.
Ideal holding time: 20 minutes in an open top
decanter / 60 minutes in a closed container.
